Canadian Hockey Online, an exciting new sports web portal has an immediate opening for Ad Sales executives.
Work in the exciting world of sports marketing. There is no shortage of business. Advertisers, particularly in the endemic hockey market currently do not have an affordable method of reaching hockey consumers in Canada. Canadian Hockey Online is “target specific.”
Canadian Hockey Online will focus on providing interesting and insightful content to the legions of hockey fans and players across Canada.
Utilizing your strong account management experience you will be responsible for selling our online marketing programs from concept to execution. This position requires an attention to detail, the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and the ability to oversee numerous client accounts. Strong communication skills are a must. Candidates with 3+ years’ related experience will be strongly considered. Your personality and passion for the game of hockey earn extra points.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Plan, direct and coordinate web related online Canadian Hockey advertising and sponsorship programs.
- Direct and develop client, partner relationships.
- Develop, facilitate and direct overall program, continually assessing the opportunities and identifying potential areas of increased effectiveness, efficiency and value added to the client. We want to providing maximum return on investment to our clients.
- Communicate regularly with your advertiser base with respect to clients creative needs, clearly outlining communication priorities, branding and target market.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
